This product is a little thinner and more natural feeling than the original formulation (in the black bottle). Great for sex but we prefer the original for hand jobs. We have not used this for anal but I'm thinking the original would be better for that. Really perfect for the lady who is looking to pleasure herself or the very vanilla.

The bottom line is this is just silicon lubricant liquid.
Similar to spray silicon used in industry to lubricate with. My wife says this stuff irritates her the same amount as Astroglide or K-Y. This stuff FEELS really, really, really good to me.
