This book opened my eyes when I was a youngster to how pissed off it was possible to get. it made me an idealist, a feminist and eventually a DIY punk. She cracks me up. Brilliant.

This was purchased for a friend - used. She was very pleased that I could find it for her since it has been out of print for a long long time (30 years +). I found the cover art interesting. I thought that for a 30 year old book, that it was in good shape and suitable as a special gift for a Rita Mae Brown fan. I purchased this from betterworldbooks_ a seller listed for this book on the Amazon site.

This is the third book written by Rita Mae Brown, and I am still reading it. I am having a very hard getting through the book, but I refuse to give up. This book I do understand though. It is written about The Women's Rights Movement looking at it from the lesbian point of view. I did receive this item the way it was promised to me by the sender and Amazon. Thanks again to both of you!
