Another great Plan toy that will survive a baby boy.

(The "slices" come apart, and need to be placed together again in the correct shape. My ONLY concern is that the rubber band like center may snap on small fingers...though that hasn't happened to me.)

I really like this toy. It's just challenging enough for my two-and-a-half year old. She can thread the circles on by herself, and she likes the cute sheep that it makes. You can fit them on in any order. For more of an educational slant, sometimes we try to actually do the circles in the order they're supposed to go in, in rainbow order (there are little color coded dots on each circle) if we are doing it together, but she can still play with it by herself.

My only complaint is that the end piece is really hard for a toddler to get on, and so she can't complete the sheep completely by herself. I would imagine that this part would be too hard even for a three-year-old.

My daughter will have this toy forever. It is fun to play with and will last forever. Thanks!

We purchased this toy as a gift for our two year old daughter this Christmas. It's rather engaging to put together, and absolutely adorable once it's assembled. I will say that the final piece is a bit tricky for our two year old to snap on by herself, but she honestly prefers to play with it fully assembled as a pretending-type toy. It also looks great on her dresser as a darling little sculpture piece!

This is a fun toy and hopefully my kid will enjoy it...also is a nice decoration for a kids room :)
