This sorter is six different puzzles on a base board. To put this puzzle back together, the child must place the blocks in their correct shape spots, the find the right fit for each wooden fraction plate. This toy is great for teaching children how to differentiate colors, shapes, fractions, and forms. This hardwood toy is beautifully crafted, and will stand up to years and years of play. Rubberwood is used to make toys that are bright, colorful and are good for the environment. In the past, rubber trees that were no longer producing latex would be burned. Now, these abandoned trees are utilized to make sustainable playthings.

This is a great toy for a toddler. It is listed as 36 mo +, but my daughter who is currently 20 months old has been enjoying it for the past few weeks. She doesn't get it right all the time, but it does encourage her thought process and I can see that she is getting better and better at it even in a short period of time. This toy captures a child's attention and they would spend time trying to figure it out. My daughter loves this toy much better than the 1-solid piece type.

As with other Plan Toys product, the shape matching set is very well made and would last for a long time. Moreover, the color is not only vibrant, but it is also safe (so, no worry about mouthing).

Overall, a great toy for kids who like puzzle.

This is a great solid toy and challenges the user a bit more than toys that fit inside a whole. It is a good step up to identifying shapes.
