Flying a plane is one of my frustrations, and Flight Simulator is as close as I can get to real flying. However, this magazine puts me in touch with what goes on out there, and it makes me feel like one of the lucky few who can actually own/fly a plane. I've been reading Plane and Pilot since the mid 90s and I still anticipate the arrival of each new issue.

This magazine is great for a person just starting out getting their license or an experienced one who flies for a living. I've enjoyed this magazine for years and find it is a great resource with various articles that cover a wide variety of topics in today's flying world! What is really good are the write ups regarding different flight schools as well as interviews with various people in the industry on subjects like safety, training and weather issues.

This magazine is jammed full of information for both the experienced pilot and the inspiring pilot.

The articles are expertly written by knowledgable authors, who give the reader a full and easy to understand way to find more out about the skill of being a pilot.

this magazine really gives you good info on piloting today.

The Plane & Pilot articles are informative and entertaining.

It's a great magazine for General Aviation pilots.

One star for lack of integrity and untruthful Customer Service.

Ordered this in November 2005 and did NOT receive first copy until April 2006! And when did our subscription end...December 2006. Only NINE issues !! 4 calls to customer service with a quarantee our subscription would be for the full 12 issues - NOT!

To date they have NOT made this right.

Beware if you order, you may not get your full 12 issues.

I am a commercial Military Fighter Pilot ( f16 )
I was reading a copy at the VA Hospital wating for X-Rays.
I was called too soon and didnt get a chance to finish the artical but what I did read
impressed me enough to want to order a year Sub.
Please put me in touch with the order desk so I can purchase this Magazine for a year or so. THERE IS TO MUCH CRAP TO GO THROUGH WITH THIS AMAZON SO i WILL ORDER THIS FROM THE iNTERNET OPTION

I bought this as a gift subscription in October 2009 for a Christmas gift. First issue was received by my friend before Christmas. He loves it! I haven't seen any issues, but he says he enjoys it very much each month. It's a gift that keeps on giving and it turned out to be a great idea for a present.

I bought this magazine as a gift for a friend who is a flight enthusiast. They really enjoy it, so you probably will too.

My brother in law is a pilot, this 1 year subscription is under 12 bucks for 1 year. How could I go wrong ???
