About the Author
Carl A. Davies was born in England; his work life has taken him from Canada to Libya, from Australia to France, and from Beirut to Texas, where he now resides with his family. Davies graduated as a Chemical Engineer from Birmingham University and trained as a pilot in the Royal Air Force; as a pioneering aircraft engineer and inspector, his father added to his understanding of aviation technology.
