4.0 out of 5 stars Sitting pretty
I am enjoying my new bike seat. It is more compfortable than my last one. The only thing I wish it was a little longer. It feels like it is too short.

3.0 out of 5 stars A little disappointed
I had a pretty comfortable seat with good springs and moderate cushioning, but I wanted a seat with springs and gel, which this is advertised as having. However, the springs are not really springs, just coils of rubber. Also, the area where the narrow front meets the wide back is a little wide, so watch out for chafing.

My "tush" feels great after a long bike ride on the Planet Bike "Cush"!
I have an old bike without modern suspension and this seat revolutionized my ride!

This is an excellent bike saddle. When I read the reviews, I was skeptical that it would provide the relief that was claimed. However, I have a sensitive sciatic nerve in my left leg, and after just 6 miles on my other saddle, it would start to bother me and go numb and tingly right down to my foot. Since the gel in my other saddle was starting to deteriorate, I got the ARS saddle. From six miles I worked up to 9 miles without numbness, and then the real test was this past weekend when I rode 15 miles nonstop. Some very minor tingling after that, however the improvement was so dramatic that it is really well beyond my initial expectations. I would recommend this saddle to anyone who has had sciatic nerve problems. It was firmer than my other saddle(which was also designed for a woman), and it seemed to just fit better. It was also easy to install and adjust to my preferred seating position.
