I've been using these grips for about a year, they are really nice! If it isn't real leather it sure looks and feels and lasts like it! They don't get sticky, they feel like a tennis racket or golf club grip... with the padding. The padding helps reduce road shock too. I keep waiting for them to fade, but they don't... I keep waiting for them to look worn, but they don't.

They look great, they have a left and right grip marks, so you put them on the right way. I used hairspray, twisted/pushed them on the handlebar and lined up the logo on the end so it was right way up. Simple!

Nice accent colors, not over the top color, but accent. Very nice!

I generally only give good reviews. Some product performs so well, and is so perfect that it motivates me to get off my behind and write a review.

Seldom is a product so disappointing that I'm willing to make the effort to write a bad review of it. I figure you get what you pay for. And sometimes what you get is a little on the cheap side. But this is one of those rare times, I guess.

I don't mind if it is a little tough to put the grips on. But they should be functional and still intact when the mounting process is complete. Don't count on it with these grips. Following the manufacturer's mounting instructions and using alcohol to moisten the bar ends to help slide the grips on is only marginally effective and reducing friction. But oh so very effective at softening the adhesive the manufacturer uses to assemble the product. By the time the grips are mounted the "golf grip" windings that make up the grips have shifted and unwound and the adhesive has begun to squeeze out of the seams. That adhesive residue will certainly make them "Grippy" and maybe even a little "Trippy" especially when it comes time to clean the gunk off your hands after every ride.

Sound like fun? Then order now!

The product arrived in brand new condition, in the original packaging and everything. Looks great on my bike, its like the colors were made for my bike. The product arrived exactly as the description said it would and it was fairly fast.

The "comfort" soft rubber grips that came on the Schwinn Aluminum Comp are too grippy and dig into my girlfriend's hands, making her complain for an hour after a ride. I put these on and they're thicker, softer, smoother, and don't dig in. In someone else's case, maybe they wouldn't be grippy enough since they're smooth. They seem pretty good for slow-paced comfort rides.
