Planet Dog were pioneers of dance music in the early to mid nineties and these two CDs are a good example of them in their heyday. If you are a fan of dub of any description this album is a must for your collection and offers a glimpse into how dub would progress into the more modern genre of dubstep. The quality of the tracks is consistently good, compiled by Michael Dog himself and coming from well established Planet Dog orientated artists such as Eat Static Revisitation and Children of the Bong Sirius Sounds as well as acts like Astralasia Volumes 1 & 2, Full Moon Scientist Men in White Coats and Alpha and Omega Everyday Life. This album is no longer available from Planet Dog Records or as far as I know Mammoth Records(the U.S. version) so get a copy while it is still about, you will not regret it.

Dub meets techno. Get ready to rumble your speakers,

I'm a dub fan, big time. My friend turned me on to this CD. I must have it! It's Dub in a trip-hop sort of way but I would not call it dance or even ambiant. Dub meets Techno in Britian, that works. Nothing is bad on this CD and it is a great introduction to the artist on this label. It is two CD's and really worth the price. This one is worth adding to your dub collection!
