My teacup yorkie was a little unsure about his new home, but once he was in it, he loved it! It was easy to put together and looks real sleek next to our other furniture! There's no way you could make this for this price! I highly reccommend this crate for others. It's sturdy, strong and very well made!

I researched several similar wooden pet crates, and was initially skeptical of this model given that it was 1/3 the price of other brands - my concerns turned out to be completely unwarranted. The quality of the materials and construction are excellent, assembly is quick and easy and it has more than enough room for my two little dogs. A great purchase!

It blends in nicely and looks great with our living room furniture. Great price, excellent quality. A perfect fit for our 9 pound Yorkie. I think it may even be roomy enough for 2 dogs her size.
We slowly introduced our Yorkie to this new crate by adding fleece blankets for cushy comfort. She was apprehensive at first so we let her check it out and hop in at her own free will. She continued using a portable NOZTONOZ 30" crate for about 2 weeks. Both are similar in size and set side by side. The next weekend, we removed the NOZTONOZ and left the Petco Crate door in place. Cheese was the trick that motivated her to go inside. She was nervous when the door closed, so I stayed near by and spoke softly to her. Soon, she laid down and slept through the night like a baby. We only use this wooden crate at night and feel it's a good size for bedtime. If we go out during the day, we confine our dog to the kitchen (not the crate) where she has access to food/water and more room to move around.
My husband and I put this crate together in about an hour. As with any "assembly required", you will need a few tools and some patience. When we got one section together, sometimes we had to take it off in order to get the next section to line up just right. I can see where some folks would rather drill a new hole, but it's not really necessary. Overall, we are very pleased with Planet PETCO Natural Wood Dog Crate. The price is right at just under a hundred. Why pay more?! Great product - love it!

Decorative and useful!
Was a little more difficult to assemble than anticipated but has nice appearance in my room and makes more space. Plenty of room for my little dogs.

inexpensive for a reason
Get a drill bc you have to drill the holes larger than what they are. Have had nothing but problems with this crate since arrived. Read more
