This key chain is great. It says it can hold about 4 picks, but I currently have 6 in there and there is still room for another. This thing is really handy, you never have to go rummaging through your pockets or a guitar case for picks. Plus, its got a light on it, which is surprisingly bright, which is great if its dark outside and you are trying to load gear into a van (or do anything that requires light). The part you put the keys on is also really well made because it is really asy to get keys on and off, but only if you are trying, they don't come off accidently. Great product!

This is something you would expect to find at a swap meet. The quality is pretty bad, and the LED light doesn't work well for me- the button is very very tough to press, so much that your finger gets sore trying to keep the light on, and the connection inside is bad, so the light turns on and off even with full force. However, this is primarily a pick holder keychain, and it does that perfectly. Though it only fits 2 of my picks (I'm a bass player, one is 2.0 and the other 1.something), it's still good if you ever need to whip out a pick.

My son is 20 and loves this. He's the kind of person who frequently takes off after work with his guitar to hang out with friends. He's also known as Mr. Gadget among his buddies because he loves nifty little items that are good for several things (he grew up around a mom who had an unexplainable adoration for whipping out a Swiss army knife tool, so go figure...)

When you have a child who just needs money for a birthday this is a great little gift to go with the check. His friends were fascinated with he reached for a pick that night. It didn't hold quite the number of picks I'd hoped--maybe it's the size picks he uses--but it's plenty and the light lets him choose just the one he wants. Plus it's so slick how you can just flick a pick with the touch of a button. Just a very handy little gadget for anyone who plays guitar.

I bought this as a Christmas present to myself after I got a guitar. It's really great, does everything it says, holds your picks securely and the light is super bright. I cliped in onto my guitar case and its great for when I go jam with my friends.

I originally bought this for the pick-holding aspect of it, but actually the little LED light has saved me on many occasions and always gets people talking. It's really powerful, although the button isn't perfect.

It's helped me find my way through the beach forests in Costa Rica, find missing keys in the sand and find missing coins inside my car.

As for the picks, just don't use thick picks on this, I learned that the hard way :P For regular-thickness picks it works great.

Recommended for any guitarist!

I actually purchased this from my local Sam Ash Music Store, and just happen to run into it here just now. For some perspective; I manage to fit 2 Medium-Heavy picks in there. 3 is pushing it, and makes it very difficult to take one out at that point. The LED light is BRIGHT. I use it as a flash light at night when walking outside or point it at the ceiling of a dark room and I can see pretty clearly.

I got this for my sister, who is a music major. She loves it, and it hasn't broken off her key chain yet (which surprises me because she breaks things easily ;)

Great use to hold a guitar pick and to use to find your keys to open the door with.

Handy place to store some extra picks that you carry with you. I used to put a few in my wallet. Constantly loosing them. You won't loose them with this holder. Light is very bright. Use it to light up the back of your rack case.
