Planet Waves Untreated Polish Cloth

This cloth works very well. (I used it for my flute.) I was skeptical about buying a non-chemically-treated one, because I've always used that kind. But I figured that it is probably better for the instrument this way. It is durable, good sized - not too tiny, but it fits in an instrument case, and definitely cleans off minor tarnish, and shines up my flute!
(I used this and the "Roche Thomas Mi-T-Mist Disinfectant, 8Oz" to remove my completely-tarnished piccolo. It is 100% shiny and silver now, from dull orange-brown! These worked together to save my piccolo!

Tried several products for cleaning my newly purchased black electro acoustic Washburn and none of them did their work until I got to this wonderful polish cloth. Fingerprint and superficial scratches gone without using any products at all without having to sweat it, what else can you ask? The price is great for what you get, and you can even wash it and reuse it several times before the magic really wears off.

I'm definitively sticking to Planet Waves products!

The zip-lock storage bag is a big plus. The cloth itself is easy to use on my acoustic guitar and cleans up all the days' unwanted leftovers. I've been wiping down guitars for over 40 years and this is the very best cloth EVER!

Just got it. It has a nice size and it made my SG look like brand new! Also its very cheap

The cloth works VERY well at removing fingerprints and what not, however I can't use it without having to wipe off all the lint it leaves all over my guitar. It takes away fringerprints and smudges but leaves yellow lint balls everywhere. Maybe after a while it will run out of loose fibers and the problem will correct itself, but until then I'm contemplating looking for a new one.

Sorry, but I'm not as smitten with this cloth as some of the other reviewers. It's okay; good size, works pretty well, but sheds when new. And despite claims of being laundry-safe, the edges began to unravel after the first wash. I used with Planet Waves Restore polish and got good results, but probably would not buy again.

Planet Waves Polish Cloth was a real wipeout. Just like the song said. Fingerprints gone. Guitar glistening in the moonlight without arm smudges, without sweat drops. My black Gibson is like new, and use my Planet Waves Untreated Polish Cloth each and every time. I workout with my Gibson Les Paul. I just love the brand new look every time. Thank you, Planet Waves. I wish I had another one for my other markup toys like my Ford Mustang Cherry Red 1965. You will love this cloth. And, as John Lennon said, we all shine on.

When i first opened up the package i was ready to do some care work on my guitar so i did a quick shake of the cloth to remove the small amount of lint on it. To my surprise the edges started to fray... the package said that it can be laundered but i wouldnt risk it breaking apart in the wash. I trimmed the frayed edge to slow the bleeding but it seems to still want to fray more. Its a good cloth but i hope it stays together long enough to be worth the cash. Its quite big so it'll last awhile. I just wasnt expecting to be already be frayed after a quick shake.

This polish cloth is cheap and does the job of wiping your guitar down from dust or from use with cleaning products. It doesn't scratch the guitar and works great!

This was one of those "might as well get one of these too, while I'm at it" purchases when I was ordering guitar polish. It's a good cloth for polishing, no more to say about it.
