A beautiful full-color picture book with Vasarely's own quotes about his paintings in German, French, and English. Photographs of the man and his work posed uniquely. I bought it new around 1978, but there is no date in the book; chronology in the back ends with 1972. Published by New York Graphic Society, 88 thick silver-colored pages.Vasarely's commentary on art would be enough to give this book a high rating, but the exquisite presentation is the perfect finishing touch.
