I started taking Planetary Herbals 600mg St. John's Wort almost 4 months ago. I was hesitant to buy these pills on Amazon because it didn't have any ratings or feedback, but I am pleasantly surprised on how well it has worked for me.

I have suffered with major depression and mild anxiety for years. I found out that it was going to cost me an arm and a leg to see and doctor and get medication (being that I don't have health insurance) So, I decided to order this product.

Almost 4 months later, I am happy to report that my major depression has transformed into a minor depression - and my anxiety has lessened somewhat.

I have been having VERY VIVID DREAMS. So much so that I was scared that it was not normal to have such vivid dreams. I went off the supplement (as I call it)
for a few days - and that was a stupid mistake on my part. I will not go off this again. My dreams are deep, and I can remember them when I wake up. It's very silly to say this - but it's almost a spiritual experience when I sleep.
All my dreams have been good since starting this medication.

My life and my dreams have been improved by this supplement, and I have nothing negative to say about it.

Note: I currently take two 600mg pills each evening at 7:30pm (19:30)
I've been thinking that in the future I will purchase the 750mg pills.

This is a good buy - and I believe it will improve your life -- even if it's just a little bit.
