First I must say that I just received this cream so I can't say how effective it is. Will update on that in a few weeks, but I wanted to let others know that the supposed horrible smell isn't so bad. Really, It smells medicinal. Kinda like Vicks vapor rub. I can live with that. Keeping my fingers crossed that it will make my nasty little veins disappear!!

While this cream may stink, the smell does dissipate quickly after application - I don't even notice the odor when I open the jar anymore. I was seeking something paraben free for my leg veins, and reasonably priced. I shmeer it on every morning, and the leg veins do look better, and my legs feel better. When I forget to put it I feel it in my legs.

Good product, great for relieving the tension in the legs and the tiredness. I noticed some results for minimizing the appearance of varicose veins, but not dramatic changes, perhaps because sometimes I forget to apply it daily.

If I lived as a recluse I might be able to get past the eye-watering stench of this cream to use it regularly. But since I have to consider the welfare of my colleagues at work and fellow travelers in small planes, compassion trumps any medicinal benefit I might obtain. It is without a doubt the nastiest odor I've ever encountered in a body product. Something between compost and old socks. Once opened, I had to put the jar in a zip-locked bag to keep it from stinking up my home. There's no way I can use this product. I'll stick to the pills.
