I read in a chinese TAO book about horny goat weed and thought it to good to be true, but it really works. I guess it is about the only aphrodisiac that actually works. It does not give you an instant erection, nope. But It boosts general hornyness and the chinese book warns that you should watch out as excessive sex in men can deplete vital fluids and shorten your life. I know that some men seem to have endless sexual drive and stamina, but I get really tired after an ejaculation, so I heed that advice. Horny goat weed is part of almost all other "miracle drugs" out there and why not just skip the branding and the packaging and go buy the main ingredient that actually does work? I don't think this will cure impotence and it is no viagra in strength. It is herbal and natural. It was discovered in China by a goat sheperd, seeing that his goats were having sex like crazy after eating from a certain patch. The dosage for me is 1 pill per day (as the package says), 2 per day is very strong and feels to me that it is close to the maximum sane dose, but your mileage might vary. It works best when taken after a week.

One at night and you wake up like a teenager. It seems to act more mentally than physically. However I have friends who have tried it without any effects so it all depends how old you are or how receptive your system is to this herb. No use beating a dead horse. As for this brand it is highly effective and the dosage per pill is high.

If you HAVE to buy horny goat weed, avoid this brand. Enough said. I cannot speak for other products by Planetary Spectrum, but PS Horny Goat Weed is ineffective even when I double the dosage.
