Serving Size: 1 Teaspoon Proprietary Blend: 2.4 g Psyllium husk, Triphala (fruits of Belleric Myrobalan, Amla, and Chebulic Myrobalan), Flax Seed (partially defatted to prevent rancidity), Guar gum, Oat bran, Wild Yam Root, Anise Seed, Stevia Leaf, Green Citrus Peel, Ginger Root, and Natural Licorice Root flavor.
Directions
One to two times daily, briskly stir one level teaspoon of Tri-Cleanse into an eight-ounce glass of nonacidic fruit juice (such as apple or papaya) or water. Drink immediately and follow with a glass of pure water. For optimal cleansing action, take on an empty stomach or as recommended by your health care professional. To decrease the appetite, drink 30 minutes before meals.

Great and You Don't Have to Fast,

Many healthy people believe in fasting type detoxes, not me. I have fast metabolism and I need to eat every few hours, so this is a great option to detox! I have tried almost all of the natural detoxes. This is my favorite one. It is less expensive than the boxed kits/pills available at the health food store. I love the Ayurvedic recipe with the soluble fiber. It's better than using flax seed alone. I use this up to 4 times a year for 7 or more days in a row. After use, I always feel more energetic and sometimes lose a little weight. I like to take this before a camping trip to maximize energy. I also use this at the first sign of getting a cold with "the runs". Not only does it flush your system but keeps your stool hard. With any detox, drink more water than usual when using this product.
