My 7 year old nephew enjoyed this book, as did his 82 year old grandmother who read it with him. He received an "A" for his book report on "Planets" he turned in at school.

This book is very well written for young readers to catch a glimpse and grasp some basics about our immense solar system. Our seven-year-old grandson and I read it together and discussed it. (I was checking to see how much he was actually assimilating and grasping and could remember several minutes later.) It was a wonderfully rewarding experience! I highly recommend this book to teachers, parents, and caregivers of young children Preschool through second or third grade. Even older "challenged" students might get something out of it. I supremely commend the authors of this book for accomplishing such a daunting task of bringing our immense universe and solar system into the hands, hearts, and minds of children!!! Kuddos!!
