I bought this program thinking Tokyopop would have created a nice interactive program with diffrent tools and other things... I was VERY disapointed by this program. Yes it dose have many more Manga panels to chose from... but that's all it has. there are probably only a dozen or so of the drag and drop art it mentioned in the description... and the bit we get isn't even interesting.

Putting that aside, there are no art tools in the program itself, when you instal it there is a seprate program that is loaded and only there, with its glitchy controls and confusing set up sceem, are you supposed to draw your manga panal... Sure that program has some fun effects, but even with it when you try to upload the art to the Manga program to set up your page... it freezes and becomes none responceve over 70% of the time. I'm not sure if this is just with me... but it was more then annoying.

I would not by this product again, it is one of the worst buys I've had in years. I have another Manga program that is MUCH better in price and in function: Manga studio debut series. I have the 4.0, it works wonderfully AND it's cheaper (Or around the same price, my copy was cheaper then this product).

If you are thinking about buying a Manga program... pass on this one and grab a Manga Studio bebut series, it's worth your money more then this program ever could...

I actually rate this with a -star. I bought this, downloaded it, and I went to the website to find updates or see if I could buy a newer version and it said that Manga Creator is no longer made and has fatal errors with Windows Vista and XP. I'm in the process of returning it. I'm looking into Manga Studio EX. Manga Creator may be good for kids, not adults or anyone that is seriously thinking of producing quality manga or comics. Thank you
