Text Book but Good Stuff,

THIS IS AN OLD TEXT BOOK that details the three different approaches a person, organization, or professional can take in dealing with change. Understanding the concepts in this book is FUNDAMENTAL if you are engaged in business, counseling, or related field. You can not fully understand the other views of change until you understand the overall framework of change. These three views include (my simplification of the three approaches) Change by Power, Change by Logic, and Change by Empathy. All attempts at change can be placed under one of these categories. Whether you manage, market, sell, counsel, or whatever, this applies to you.
