An easy to read but informative book
This book covers the essentials of planning, developing and marketing a web site. The book uses real-world examples and case studies, and while easy to read, does not over simplify the subject.

IT'S OK
There was some useful information, but the organization of the book could use some improvement. Some of the information is outdated and needs to be updated with the changing environment.

The book does not provide enough case studies of successful websites such as Amazon or eBay on how they generate revenue. Does not focus on the shopping cart model or experience. Also, topics on Online Banking and Transactions are not explained. Overall a good book for business majors trying to understand the Web from a very high-level.

The book was recieved in good condition with no highlights or excessive wear and tear. The book took a long time to get to me, even though I paid more for an expedited shipping, it still took 7-business days instead of 2-3.

Great book, came as described. Shipping time was ok, I wish it would have been a little faster. I ordered 2 other books on the same day I ordered this one and received the other 2 books (from different places) a few days sooner than I received this one. It wasn't a long wait for this book but it was not a 'fast' delivery.
