Dr. McKenzie's book "Planning good change with technology and literacy" is a refreshing look at technology planning in school districts. The book is easy to read but don't mistake that for lack of substance. McKenzie cuts to the heart of the problem with integrating technology into education and lays the blame squarely where it belongs! But don't stop there, the book is full of solid advice on technology plans, professional development for teachers, how to get students to discover their "personal magic" and what the future looks like for schools.Great Book - well worth the money. |
