About the Author

Ronald W. Miller is president of Ronald W. Miller & Associates, a marketing consulting and research firm based in Charlotte, North Carolina. He is also president of MarketVision/Gateway Research, a research data collection company, which has been recognized as one of the fastest growing private companies in America by Inc. magazine. He received his M.B.A. from Northwestern University and a B.A. from the University of North Carolina. Prior to launching his own company, he joined in the management-lead buy out of a privately held international theme park group, giving birth to Kings Entertainment Company, a world leader in the industry. Ron Miller is married to Jonni, his wife of 27 years, and has two children. Ryan is 18 and a freshman at the University of Pennsylvania and Lindsay, 14, is a student at Charlotte Country Day School.
