I bought about 4 of these to use as trays in a compatible Plano tackle box a couple years ago. I am very impressed with the quality. Unlike older versions, where the entire unit was molded from a single piece of plastic, the lid and latches are separate components. This means that repetitive opening and closing doesn't cause stress fractures in the plastic (like what happens when you bend a paper clip back and forth a few times). I am immensely thankful for this change in the design! The new latch design also securely holds the lid closed, I don't imagine the lid could ever accidentally pop open. The tray's left-to-right (horizontal) dividers are permanently attached, but the front-to-back (vertical) dividers can be resized or removed as needed.
