Plano 7810 Extra Large Shooters Case

It's an OK case, but it won't withstand too much 'abuse'. The plastic 'hull' and the latches are a little 'skimpy', and the rear hinges 'come off' easily. You can't stand on it like you can with many plastic toolboxes, but it's big enough to hold a good deal of your gear. By the way, the dimensions are listed for the largest part of the top opening, but it tapers-down a few inches at the bottom.

The case shipped with no protection material at all. When I looked at it. The yellowish camo on the case makes the case looked like used. The plastic is not strong. Therefore, the tray inside does not fit properly in the case. I doubt that it will hold in place with the weight of the ammo packs on the tray. Overall it is not a good case. cheap looking and probably will not last long.

Box is huge! Seems well put together and holds quite a bit of stuff. I am using it for a gunsmithing box. Holds all my materials. It also works as a great place to put my pet guinea pig when he gets a concussion and needs a time out. Good thing I can't get fired like Mike Leach.

I ordered a Plano shooters box from Amazon. When i recieved the item on of the hasps was missing. I contacted the manufacturer, Plano, as stated on the Amazon site. I recieved a very prompt reply from Plano stating they would send a replacement hasp for the box. I gave them the model number and told them what had occurred. In about 3 or 4 days I recieved the replacement item. When I opened the package I expected to see just one hasp. Plano did a lot better than that! They sent me 3 of them! The service was outstanding and very, very quick. The quality of the box is excellent and the quality of the service i recieved is even better! I just wish all companies would take a page from Plano! They definitely care about their customers and as i said their products are made right here in the good old U.S.A

It's advertised as Extra Large and bare in mind that is an understatement, this box is huge. I love it though. I use it as my gunsmithing box and keep all of my tools and such in it. The only bad thing about it is that the hunges on the box are a little weak but so long as your careful opening it you are golden.

I guess I should have paid attention to the "Extra Large" part in its name; this thing is GINORMOUS! I wish the latch was more sturdy, but I suppose there's only so much you can do with plastic. I use it to carry/store my gun cleaning supplies, and it's definitely big enough to do more (?), so really think about its dimensions before ordering it.

Large enough to fit in a ton of stuff. The clasps and tray are made of cheaper plastic and squeek when opening and closing the box. Otherwise it is pretty useful.

I dont own any guns, but I keep all my other equipment in it. Fuses, knives , rope, etc.......
