These are a good value. Padded enough to protect your firearm for transport but not so much that they're overly bulky. I keep my Henry lever guns in these cases and they will fit in the gun cabinet when cased. Build quality is good and the double zippers are smooth. Make sure you measure your firearm before ordering. This model is for carbines and other medium/short barreled long guns.

I would recommend this gun case for anyone needing one for a carbine type rifle. It was a perfect fit for a youth size Savage .22 rifle. The quality was good and the design was excellent. The price was very good.

If you have a stock AR with no frills and collapsing/folding stock this case will be all you need.

However, if you have an extended barrel, handle mounted optics, a large flat-top mounted scope, or plan to store it with a mag, this thing is not for you; spring for something larger.
