This is the best compound bow case that I have seen with more features including 12 arrow capasity and the price was about half of Cabelas.

May not fit larger parallel limb bows ...,

My Mathews DXT just barely fits in this case. There is plenty of room axle to axle, but the d-loop is just below the top of the case. If the parallel limbs on your bow are any longer, it may not fit. This case should work well for bows that are of similar size or not parallel limb design. I like the design of this case because it holds the bow in place and the sight and/or rest do not touch anything.

I can't speak as to the durability of this case. What I can say is that I have a very average sized Mission Maniac bow and it doesn't come close to fitting in this case. At the lowest adjustment possible the string and cams are still a half inch above the lid. It may say that this case fits most parallel limbs bows, but unless it is your kids bow, I would doubt that very much.

[[ASIN:B000P3WQTA Plano Protector Bow Max Case]After looking at several bow cases I decided on the Plano Protector Bow Max. . It's very sturdy and well made. It's easy to put your bow away without removing the quiver. Holds it inplace, no bouncing around. The only problem I had was that it didn't fit my Diamond Marquis. No matter how I adjusted the clamps it wouldn't fit. I gave it to my son and his Elite GT 500 fits perfect. It's a great bow case, just wish it would have fit mine.

fantastic case, but too small,

This case is fabulous in concept! Unfortunately I shoot a Hoyt (2007) Trykon XL and it was way too big for this case. I was really disappointed because the case is fantastic, I would totally recommend it for anyone with a shorter axle to axle length bow!

Solid, Roomy Case - Watch the size.,

The Protector Bow Max Case is a very good case. Appears strong and solid - I do not plan to hand this over to baggage handlers, just store and transport the bow from home to range. Plastic latches may give pause but for this price it works and there are 4 of them so it is still solid if one breaks.
I also like the roominess on the interior and the storage box that comes with it. Room for my target quiver and belt, odds and end in the storage box, as well as tools, manuals, and a dozen arrows. You could add a thin arrow storage box along side the bow if desired. Interior is adjustable and secures bow nicely. Make sure your overall length of the bow fits (this is the one down side of ordering online). 4 stars because it does all I need but I've only owned it for month. |
