My child did not quite understand this game. It's confusing even with instructions. He worked on it for about a week and now it's doomed at the bottom of his toybox.

Kids were bored of this toy after 15 minutes. It was not worth the money.

I wish I had read the reviews posted here before I purchased this item for my daughter for Christmas. I am experiencing the same issues as the others. The device is fine, as long as your child doesn't care that the device will not connect to your PC, which means they cannot play online (which was the main reason my daughter wanted it).
My daughter is so upset and I feel horrible that she is so disappointed. She was so excited to get this and now is very upset.
This company should be ashamed for all the children they've saddened.

They advertised this little piece of junk on TV so much that I assumed that a company that had such a large advertising budget must at least have a product that works. But it doesn't work. It keeps freezing up. It constantly displays the message "press action button", and when you press it, it does nothing.

And the whole internet business is a bit disturbing. It installs software to your computer, and creates a desktop icon without giving you any option. And after you've installed it, you'll notice that your computer has slowed down considerably. So not only do you end up with a worthless piece of junk, but your computer has also been compromised.

While you're installing the software, it asks for your e-mail, your parents e-mail and the e-mails of at least five of your freinds. And there is no customer support number or address available anywhere on their website.

This is without a doubt the worst toy I have ever purchased for my kids. The 5 star review below titled "Awesome handheld -a kids review" definitely does not sound like it was written by a kid. It looks more like a review written by a VP or sales goon from Muichiz Inc trying to write the way he thinks kids would write. Take a close look at it. Especially at the spelling errors. No kid in this world writes that bad. Nice try, Mr. Muichiz employee. But I'm returning this and getting my money back.
