Down-to-Earth Guide Through Change,
By A Customer
This review is from: Plant Your Feet Firmly in Mid-Air: Guidance Through Turbulent Change (Hardcover)
Each chapter of this book is a separate area of change. I liked that it was clear, down-to-earth and filled with examples I could relate to easily. It really is a guide through change for managers if you're creating changes from scratch or are stuck halfway through the process. Helping the company overcome resistance was the most helpful. I see this book for a small or medium sized business more than for the giants. Some of the changes the author proposes would take an army to make them happen. However, this was an infinitely helpful book and one of the best on change management.

Leaders have been talking about change for the longest time. Finally a book to help understand how and why and what it takes to cope with change. I would recommend this book to any leader who wants their team to not just survive, but thrive in the new millenium!

Who says you can't buy anything for a penny? This book (used) can be purchased for one cent. That says it all.
