How wonderful to to be able to enjoy a great roasted nuts mix with out all the salt. Both my husband and I enjoy them much more than salted nuts, they seemed fresher, and are far better health wise. Only regret; Should have ordered more.

They arrived today (10/31/07) with exp. 19 JUL 09. Unsalted may not be tasty but healthier! Ingredients: Peanuts, cashews, almonds, brazil nuts, walnuts, hazelnuts (filberts), peanut and/or cottonseed oil. In terms of weight, he amount of each kind of nuts is pretty even. You will see more peanuts because they are smaller than any other kinds of nuts. Because of the unsalted, they will be great for baking!

Overall these nuts are great - I like them since their unsalted and I can eat them without my lips feeling sore. I've read all the comments about there being too many peanuts which I think can be attributed to the following factors:
1. It's less than 50% peanuts by volume. Seeing as cashews, almonds and walnuts are 4x the size of a peanut, there's still going to be a LOT number of peanuts. 2. If you don't look, reach in, and grab a handful of nuts, most the peanuts will probably fall through your fingers and you'll end up with a can of peanuts by the end of the can.
