truffle oil
The oil is excellent for cooking almost anything that requires oil of any kind. It almost tastes good enough to eat all by itself

great, but pricey
Truffle oil is excellent, but this one itself is a BAD deal. 3.5 oz is like a shot glass, a bottle of tabasco, etc. spend $5 more and get a 9 oz bottle..
