I found that these fit equally well on both my Plantronics H101 headset and my Philips SBC HS500 headphones.
It would make things easier if they would publish the dimensions on these product descriptions.

So for future reference, here are the dimensions:
Outer Dimension: 2.125 inches
Inside Dimension: 1.375 inches

These are not as soft as the original foam earcup covers provided by Plantronics, but it's adequate. (They are manufactured by Plantronics. So, they are the official replacement.)

I was like the other reviewers, I didn't want to throw away my perfectly working Altec Lansing AHS322 headphones, since they have a nice long cord, and have an inline volume control /w a High/Low/Mute button, and I recall that I paid like $25 for them at Best Buy after my previous headphones started to cut out when moving the chord.

I was using them without the foam cushions, after they completely disintegrated, and it is amazing how much they hurt my ears without the foam cushions!

I measured the diameter of the speakers, which was 2" perfectly round, and decided to take a chance and give these a try.

They fit perfectly! As a matter of fact, these seem to be a bit thicker than how I remember the original foam covers. I am currently wearing them now, and they are nice and comfortable (sure beats not having foam covers!). For $5, I just extended the life of my headphones!

The one thing that is misleading is that they say this is a 2Pack, which I thought would mean two pairs (four ear cushions), but this are only one pair (a right and left side ear cushion). Seeing as I just extended the life of my current headphones, and these ear cushions seem to be of a decent thickness, and they were only $5 including shipping, and I only waited about 3 days to get them, I'm happy with these ear cushions!

My old Plantronics ear cushions had disintegrated over the years and these fit perfectly. Prior to this I bought some universal ear cushions from "The Shack" and find they didn't fit at all.
