This replacement ear cushion is for the Plantronics M170, M175, S10, T10, T20, and CT12 headsets. I guess the other reviewer didn't think to do a web search on the part number before purchasing it. I submitted a more descriptive product title to Amazon, so maybe by the time you read this review, this page will be updated.

I gave this product three stars because the only reason you need to buy it is because the leatherette will flake off after a few years. The rest of the headset and the cushion will be in excellent condition. So you're effectively force to buy a replacement ear cushion every few years only because Plantronics chose to use leatherette instead of cloth.

Also, you only get one ear cushion, because these head sets only have one ear piece.

These ear cusions are shown in a super size and are actually the size of a half dollar. I asked for replacememnt cushions for a full sized headphone set and this is what I got. I don't understand why they are displayed so large. Rip Off!

It's a nice little padded cushion. No complaints, except it's a little on the small side.

I wouldn't hesitate to purchase again for the low price, and the size is livable.

Perfect fit on CS55 headset, after removing the soft plastic insert. It's easy to remove, though. Just squeeze it into an oval, and carefully lift the pad off the ring. Removing the old pad from the CS55 is trickier, but you can just stretch it over its hard plastic ring and throw it away. The new one goes on easy by utilizing the large gap in the headset's plastic ring. Slide the pad onto the ring with the edge fold in the gap and twist the pad on the ring until it's securely in place.

These are the smaller ear cushions. I originally purchased the ear cushoins that looked like they would fit (they looked thinner in the picture) but they were too big around and kept falling off. I didn't know if these would work because they look like they are too thick in the picture. There is a plastic insert on the back of them that I slid out and they fit exactly. They fit my Plantronics CS55 wireless headset.

The old earpiece cover on my work phone headset was getting gummy and flaky after about 5 years of daily use. This one is the exact replacement and I expect it will serve me another 5 years. Not bad for the couple of bucks this cost.

We have many of the Plantronics headsets and the ear pieces start to flake off after a few years. These replacement pads worked perfect. And they are cheap, so it's no big deal having to replace them every so often.

It fits, it makes it comfortable. What more can you want? Other than it being leatherette, there's really no cons.

The purchase of this Ear Cushion, and I DO mean one cushion, was a disaster from the start. First, because no size was stated for the cushion and I was looking for full-sized headphone cushions, I assumed that they were for stereo headphones. They aren't...They are for telephone headsets and are about 1 and 1/2 inches wide. Mistake one...
Next, as you'll notice, the description clearly says, "Leatherette Ear Cushions (2)" which I obviously took to mean two (2) ear cushions. WRONG! When they say (2), they mean that the leatherette cover is one part of the item, and the foam inside the cushion is the second part of the item. Make any sense? Of course NOT!! Even the seller told me Amazon screwed up with their description. Luckily, I dealt with a good seller who returned ALL of my money, and told me to keep the cushion to boot. Until this purchase, I was satisfied with all of my Amazon buys. But this one was really a bad deal!!
Does anyone know where I can find full-sized headphone replacement cushions? I would really like to have a pair.

This was a replacement for the ear cushion on my Plantronics M170 headset. It fit perfectly. The first ear cushion lasted six ears with little use. Hopefully, the replacement will last longer.
