Although I did not receive the exact product I ordered, which was the burgundy version as shown on my order page, the silver model is the same to the best of my knowledge. I have been using earbuds for many years and have tried them all, except those that were inexpensive knowing they did not have many feastures or sound quality. I have been through dozens of earbuds until I found my first Discovery 610 a couple years ago. It served me extremely well until my dog had it for lunch one day. Although no longer in production by Plantronics, I was determined to find an exact replacement. When I found the burgundy 610 on Amazon, I was delighted and ordered it immediately. Unfortunately they sent me a silver 610 instead. Regardless, after going through all the big named earbuds costing as much as $150, the 610 still is the most comfortable, easy to use and best sound quality of them all. I only wish they had sent me the one I wanted and had previously owned being the burgundy model as was shown on the item page and in my cart when ordered. I wear my earbud all day, everyday in my profession and never drive without it as it is so comfortable and lightweight, I often forget I even have it on. Sometimes you have to take a step backward to find what suits one best, and the Discovery 610 is my choice.

I have been a repeat customer of Plantronics products as they are reliable, functional and simple to use. This model provides flexibility of a earbud piece only or attach the ear hook for stability. Pairs with my Blackberry and LG simple feature phone. The only drawback is that it can only synch with one device/phone at a time - still it is an inexpensive headset and with duration of 6-8 hours talk, and 1-2 days standby time.

I bought this product almost one and half years ago and the piece works like a charm. No issues with the battery life . For regular use, this product is great . Pairs easily with all the three phones I had including sony , LG and google phone. Additionally comes with a portable charger .
Issues I had with it are it has multiple attachments and one can easily lose or break it . But has advantages in that it can fit different ear sizes).

I have not found any headsets that can compare with this and the price is great.
