This neckband is perfect for the user who wears a Plantronics CS5x series headset for extended periods of time, but doesn't want to deal with the over-the-head band. It's far more comfortable than the one that attaches to the ear lobe. (That one's fine for a 2-3 minute call, but even a couple of ounces in a headset begins to pinch over time.) I have an online business with a toll-free number, and often wear it for most of the day. I liked it enough to buy another one for use in another office I travel to a lot.

It comes with both right- and left-sided adapters for the headset. They seem kind of flimsy at first, but mine has held up to daily use for several months, with no signs of wearing out.

The only possible downside: It isn't adjustable; it depends on a slight amount of tension in the design to conform to one's head shape. I have an average-sized head, and find it comfortable yet secure. YMMV.

One tip: If you wear glasses (like me), put the glasses on first, then the headset. It seems to be easier that way.

This behind the Neck headband is awesome. You don't hardly feel you are waring it. Even hearing seems better. I have found it more comfortable to wear it under the ear but over the ear worked fine also. Plantronics has done a great job with this product and I tell all of my friends about how good it is. The savings in this product was buying it from Amazon and delivery was fast. This works perfect. Very secure and I don't even know its there after a couple minutes.

I have small ears and have difficulty with many bluetoothe headsets not staying on my ears. This is an older headset that I ordered to replace one that I had lost. I added the neckband to help with the fit. The headset was held securly to my head in a comfortable position.

This product works great. I'm on the phone a lot at my job and I didn't like the clip on the ear ones that came with my CS-50. Found this on Amazon and figured for $15 it was worth a try - i've wasted more on less. Well - it fits great. Feels comfortable on my head even after 4+ hours.
