This product is a bad joke! It isn't a charging stand at all! It is simply a plastic disc that is "supposed" to fit and hold the earpiece. I can't make it function as described and I am a mechanical engineer! It did not come with any instructions at all. It arrived in a simple clear plastic bad with nothing else. I rate this at as a total waste of my money!

Amazon - what are you doing, how many BAD reviews does a retailer have to get before you rip them a new one. I read the reviews for the PRO and was very impressed. Shame on me, when it came time to purchase a couple of simple accessories I just trusted that the items were pretty simple and order some eartip and this charger. let's start with the retailer has this stand attached as an accessory and it IS NOT for the PRO! look at the picture - you can clearly see a power cord coming out the back of the unit - NOT!!
If I have a charger w/ the PRO and I want a second one this would be the likely unit to purchase, NOT again. What is going on with this plastic bag it arrives in with REPLACEMENT PART written on it? So, why isn't the retailer stating in their ad that you will receive a "replacement part"? that would have raised a red flag if I had seen that in their ad. This sale was nothing short of a deceptive way to rip of the consumer of 8.95! not a lot of money but sit back for a minute and ad it up when they sell who knows how many a month. AMAZON - where are you? Isn't there a warm body at Amazon that see these bad reviews one after another and suddenly have the lights go on and say "Huh, maybe we need to investigate this"? the primary reason i have shopped Amazon for so many years it that there are strict about how retailers conduct business - guess they fell down on the job of screening a quality retailer! The sad part is that when you add it all up it's just a waste of time to package it all up and pay to ship it back. I wonder if this retailer isn't betting that it's not worth my time and money to send it back?? This retailer isn't worth spend a penny with - if this is the best they can do there are better retailers that deserve your business!! AMAZON staff - what are you going to do about this retailer??? If you just let things continue on with them raping the consumer I for one will be taking all of my business to another online site!!

its a circular disk that your plantronics blue tooth fits in, and the reason i only give it 3 stars is that there is no integrated power to this docking station. you have to take the charger that came with the bluetooth and stick it in the bottom for it to plug into so there is no extra charger with this docking station.
