After less than 2 weeks of use the on/off/paring button on the headset cracked. The headset is still working but you must use the send and end button on the telephone to answer/terminate calls. This problem is poor manufacturing and no reflection to the vendor. I will contact to request at replacement or try a different type. I love the Plantronic Headsets and of 5 this is the only one I have had a problem with.

Well.. the product is good value for money and pretty easy to setup on any bluetooth device.. but one of the problems I had with the same was the poor battery life. Over the weekends I had to charge it after 2-3 hours of use, which I found very irritating.

Otherwise good voice clarity (like any plantronics product). Looks wise I would rate is decent, not bad kinds.

Just FYI.. I am planning to buy a new one.. a different bluetooth headset. And I used it hardly for 2-3months.

This Bluetooth is wonderful. I use it for both my cell phone, as well as a headset for my PS3. It is pretty comfortable in the ear, easy to slip on, great battery life (around 8 hours), and has good audio quality--everyone can hear me clearly, as well as I can hear them. The only complaint I have is the fact after wearing it awhile, my ear became, overall, pretty sore and tender to the touch. But after a few times of extended wear, I did get used to the feel. I would highly suggest this item anyone looking for a quality Bluetooth for a cheap price. And PS3 owners, this is a great investment as well. :)
