This was the best buy in my life though I had to modify it slitly to work with my phone it's operation is flawless. The sound quality is better than the handset and the range is off the hook. As a independent Computer Consultant is important for me to have both hands free this fits that bill very nicely, it allows me to be more productive and give a professional service to my customers... I love this product!!!!

Just a qick update, I've been using this headset everyday for the last 2 years and it's still going strong, its been a life saver with business allowing me to multitask while working. It is expensive but I've already had my money's worth from it. Great value for the money

I am in sales and am on the phone constantly either selling or servicing clients with their files in front of me and needing both hands free. I have three lines with three separate wireless phones and three separate wired headsets that would last about 4-6 months. Finally I had enough! I started looking for ONE HEADSET THAT WAS WIRELESS to service all three lines. After many many many hours of searching and reading reviews I ended of with CS70/HL10 DECT 6.0 BUNDLE SYSTEM. I LOVE IT! THIS HAS SOLVE ALL MY PROBLEMS. I will only address the negative reviews. #1 The range: BETTER than my previous setup by 20ft(this almost kept me from buying this)NOT A PROBLEM! #2 the earpiece: VERY comfortable after(forget I even have it on sometimes) #3 The charging cradle: this is sensitive to get it just right but not a problem.There are a few different volume adjustments (on the base and headset) that has taken a little while to hone in, but I liked those options. I have had the CS7O/HL10 DECT 6.0 BUNDLE SYSTEM WITH LIFTER for 1YR(as of 5/2009)and I RECOMMEND THIS HEADSET FOR A SMALL OFFICE AND DON'T BE CHEAP GET THE LIFTER it will just make your life easier.

P.S. UPDATE AS OF 6/20/2009 WELL IT FINALLY HAPPEN THE SMALL PLASTIC PIECE THAT HOLDS THE HEADSET IN THE CHARGING CRADLE BROKE AND NOW IT IS HARD TO KEEP IT CHARGING( A PAIN IN THE R---).IT IS A SHAME ABOUT THE CHARGING CRADLE HAVING A POOR DESIGN WHICH DEPENDS ON SUCH A SMALL CHEAP PIECE OF PLASTIC!

All in all I am happy with the product. The over-the-ear part of the headset is very flexible, which means you will need to match up the in-ear tip well otherwise the headset is very loose and can fall off. Sound quality is great.

I REALLY LIKE THE HEADSET. IT IS VERY CLEAR. I AM DISAPPOINTED THAT I CANNOT USE THE LIFTER WITH THE TELEPHONE THAT WE HAVE. MY IT GUY IS LOOKING INTO A WAY THAT WE CAN HOOK UP THE LIFTER.

I'm not one for the 5 paragraph review... Great headset, works well, has great range, and was easy to hook up. The multiple earbud choices included in the package were super nice, as I was able to set it up for my best comfort. Given the choice I would buy again.

My only complaint would be it picks up some wind noise from the fan on my desk. No big deal.

wow - maybe it's just me. I have been using the CS70N for about six months - daily, I get customers complaining that they don't hear me, or that they are loosing me when I walk into the warehouse. I can make it about twenty (20) feet from my desk before this happens. My original headset, the plantronics CS50 was awesome - I used it for over five years and never had a problem- I could walk all the way to behind the back of our building (about 120 feet)and never loose a call. When I first received the CS70N, I was getting the complaints and I thought it was defective, so I sent it back and got a new replacement - Did not solve my problem. I wish I could say it worked great, like many of the other reviews, but for me, it is a huge disappointment. We also have someone using the CS351N, and having no problems with it, so I guess I will be buying another one of those to replace CS70N

Both my boss and our division president LOVE this headset. We normally use the Plantronics CS55 model, but these two are often on calls lasting 2+ hours and with the gel like insert their ears to not hurt even after back-to-back calls for hours.

Just received it this morning and feel strongly that I should write something about it. This is a really nice wireless headset. Setup in 5 minutes. Spend a little more time on 6 different ear pieces comes with it and decided on one with silicon gel that fits really good. The sound quality is decent and is comfortable to wear. It is also lightweight and I can barely felt it. Replacing the ear piece caused me to break one small cushion piece around the connector, but it can be avoided. Don't think it is a quality issue. The headset can be used for either right or left ear. Overall I am very happy about the purchase.

This Plantronics headset replaced another over-the-head style cordless set. This one takes a little getting used to but overall, it's great. Exceptional clarity in and out and has good range even in less than perfect settings. If you spend a lot of time on the phone, you should seriously consider this unit.

I bought this several months ago, and think it's the best headset I have. I have a couple of generations in the office, including one that has a USB device for my voice recognition software. This picture headset is my favorite.
