We have purchased about 4 or 5 of this 665 style for us personally and our employees. The bud is comfortable and easy to use. The only drawback is the noise reduction on these models is not as high tech as the newer, more expensive ones but we are out in the field doing rough and dirty work and these work with the push to talk feature on our work phones.

Never would charge, and the design is absurd even if it had. I returned it and did not buy another from this brand. a much less expensive headset from LG functions Much better and is less over-engineered.

I bought this for use with Skype. I'm using Windows 7 64bit on a laptop with a blue tooth adapter. The headset would pair fine but that's it. I could not change setting and no other program on my computer would recognize it for use. Plantronic's forum offered no help, blaming the problem on Microsoft. Many other users there had similar issues with their devices from Plantronics. I will try another brand.
