Works great with my iphone. Battery lasts fairly long and no dropped calls. Easier to use and set-up compared to jawbone which i gave away.

I'm happy with the product and with the seller. If you need a bluetooth that is dependable, light and holds a lengthy charge - this is the one!

This is the 3rd time I've ordered this item. The 1st two times was with a different seller who included the case, usb cord, & 3 different sized ear plugs. Well this seller didn't include any of those other items,& Iam strongly considering returning the item.

I have loved every plantronics products I have used. !st- this company deceived me with non-disclosing it was refurbished. I received it and it would hold a charge for no more then 15 minutes. Further, it sounded like someone was talking into a box, terrible. The Co. told me satisfaction guaranteed and send me another one (refurbished), I refused it and was refunded. I have since bought a Plantronics 975 from another Co. and I love it. I would not recommend this headset or the Co.

I was really disappointed with this purchase. The way that the description was written I was led to believe that the product was new. Instead of the description saying that the product was refurbished, it gave the wording that the product was Manufacture is Orginial not "NEW. It came in terrible packaging, not all the pieces were even there no charger or or Charger cradle that would have come with the orig. package and worse I still tried to keep it and it did not work. The best thing is that they took it back no questions ask within their return time policy,but I still had to pay shipping and ended up with no Bluetooth... this particular Bluetooth is amazing when it does work

This is my 3-4th one of these and the only reason I have went through so many is I lose them...This is the best one I have found for the money...

Fits well and is light. Exceptionally fitted for people who wear glasses, as there is nothing going over the ear.
Sound quality is good and ease of use is good.

Only downside is wind noise when on the street or car window is open.
Otherwise this is a wonderful item.
