I have like many others looking for the perfect headset for many years. This was actually the first one I can say that I have been happy with the audio quality coming in. The person on the other side said they can hear me very good considering it I was on a headset. Unfortunately, I found the earbud to be painful to the point it was causing redness and irritation in my ear and I had to return it.

i love that the case is a charger too. so you can charge your headset if you don't have an outlet nearby but you have to charge the case in order to charge the headset anywhere. voice quality is awesome when it is fully charged. the sound quality for the end caller will get distorted as battery life dies. compact, sleek, and i love it. works great with blackberry curve and iphone 3gs.

Bought one for my husband and he really liked it. Sound quality is great! Purchased one for me now and really like it. I have a sports car that tends to have a lot of road noise, so this works great for me I can hear clearly and people do not seem to complain about background noise.

This is my fourth Bluetooth headset that I actually use. It works. It is light. To me it is comfortable. I am happy to have finally put money down on a Bluetooth that does what it is supposed to do.

Wonderful sound receiving and sending. Easy to use. Ear bud in multiple sizes. Generally comfortable. No wind noise protection so not good outside and no ear loop option which would be nice when you're ear got tired. Otherwise it's a wonderful headset.

After reading the reviews I had high hopes for this bluetooth. I had been using an older plantronics for years and the sound was pretty good. But I had the same problem with this that I had with jawbone - the voices sound distorted, or static-y through the device. I could not tolerate having that sort of sound accompanying every word that I heard through the ear piece. I work with audio all day so maybe I'm sensitve to it, but I can't understand why I haven't seen more comments about this defect in so many of the bluetooth devices.

This is a must have!! We absolutely love this particular headset, so much so that my husband and I got one for my mom. She was against it at first but now cannot live without it! It comes with its own charging case, making it handy for on-the-go charging!

Just as described, shipped in retail packaging and received in just a few day. I would purchase again from this vender.

The sound quality was goofy almost like it would fade in and out. I tried using it for three weeks and finally gave up in frustration. Plus I could never get past the look. I don't know what I was thinking going with a white headset but I always felt like I was wearing jewelry or something. I think more than the equipment itself I was not a good fit.

These ear pieces are wonderful. I've bought 3 already. Not because they break, but because my puppy keeps chewing them up. The clarity of sound is fantastic and they stay put in the ear. The case is for recharging the headset when it goes down. The ear piece and case are well constructed and they come in a variety of colors to match just about any phone.
