Overall its easy to setup and use, comfortable and no doubt maintains a clear signal. Many people I talk to state they can hear me excellently even though I am in situations of lots of noise.

However, with the simplistic design, they left out one small feature.. MUTE. That's right, no mute button or means to mute what so ever. For the price (paid 45), a simple feature that has been on phone and mobile devices for a long time is not included.

I bought this on sale, and LOVE them! It is clear; no one knows I'm using it. The noise cancelling is EXCELLENT, by far the best I've had...and I have paid a LOT more then this for some in the past. Also I have a hard time hearing with headsets, but this one is loud enough for me! The only downfall I have for it is it doesn't support voice dialing...bummer, but neither does my current phone :)

Let me start out with the part that keeps me from giving it a full five stars. The odd angles and swivels makes it a little hard to put in the ear quickly, but maybe that just my ears. I'm not one to wear a "Borg starter kit" in my ear all the time, so it's important that I can get it there quickly while I'm driving. Having said that, it's a really good little headset. It paired quickly and easily with my Palm Centro, which in no mean feat. The controls are simple and easily accessible. The car charger is really nice to have too.

I have been stuck using a Samsung WEP150 for two years. Everyone I called complained while I was in the car. Not anymore! I FINALLY got the Plantronics Explorer 360, and everyone cannot tell when I switch from phone to bluetooth! It is SOOO Nice! And, I can hear them SO much better! The ease of changing ears is amazing! No piece to "snap" off, this one has a built in swivel, and viola! You are using the other ear! There is only one negative I have. The range. It advertises a range of 33 feet. Try about 7 feet max! My old Samsung had the full 33 feet plus, but it picked up every single background noise! If I have to switch ears on the bluetooth, I have to move the cell phone to the side the unit is on, or I get static. This may be due to the fact that I own a Samsung Gravity, and they may "dumb down" the bluetooth reception for every other brand than thier own. I HIGHLY reccomend this item! Especially for under $20.00! EXCELLENT ITEM! My wife no longer fusses at me for calling her from my bluetooth in the car! She likes mine so much(She has a Latte D440), we are ordering a second one for her!

SUMMARY: I love this product. I would highly recommend this product for anyone looking for the most techno bang for their buck.

Let me start by saying I have not owned any other bluetooth headsets, so have no other experiences to make direct comparisons to.

I was given the plantronics explorer 360 as a birthday gift.
1 year later, i lost it :-(
I chose to buy another of the exact same kind, even though there were more "up to date" versions available.
I made this decision for the following reasons:
1- despite its size, it is remarkable comfortable to wear.
2- for a less than the price of other sets, i received the headset, wall charger, AND car charger.
3- it was very easy to use and didn't require a rocket scientist to link up to my phone
4- I have an apartment in which there is only one place i can get reception (on the south side window sill)the platronics headset allowed me to walk around my whole apartment, even into other rooms, with good clarity.
5- it has good clarity in general, i rarely get complaints of the "sounds like you are in a tunnel", nature.
5- it is VERY durable. I have dropped it, stepped on it, and even gotten a SMALL amount of water on it ( like steam from a shower) and it has not fritzed out on me yet.

this was the first product i purchase from amazon.com. I was very pleased with their customer service, speed of delivery, and package tracking system.

Functionality wise this product is quite good. I had no issues with connection or voice quality. The only problem is with the fit. This product does not fit well on my ears (whereas my previous Plantronics Explorer did fit well). I would recommend trying it out at a store before purchasing it.

This is the first time I've used a Bluetooth, and I like this gadget. Easy to wear, and nice soft ear piece that doesn't push in too far and doesn't hurt. Clear volume too both speaking and listening. Very glad I bought this. And definitely delighted that it came with a plug in charger and separate car charger too!

This is my first bluetooth headset, and I'm not particularly impressed.

Things I like: its really light, its comfortable to wear for long periods of time and the charge seems to last for a long time.

What I don't like: It seems like it has a really short range, I have to keep my phone in the chest-pocket of my shirt/jacket for the phone to be clear. Any further and there's occasional static. Also, I have the volume on this thing maxed out, its not loud enough for noisy environments. Took a star away for each of these cons.

I guess it's ok for the price and it kind of works, but I would not buy it again.

great easy to use just tap headset to answer phone only drawback is you cant answer phone the normal way while set is activated

This unit is a basic bluetooth headset. Nothing fancy, but it works well and is at a great price. Recommended.
