Actually is "Rugged"... Holds up to it's description. Can hold a conversation in the Wind; like no other Bluetooth Earpiece I have ever owned. I really like the rubberized cover. Also, quite Comfortable...

I bought this for my wife after she had lost the retaining piece from an expensive piece of crap from Verizon. This set works very well and has good noise immunity. She has had a problem with headsets and earpieces while driving. Apparently, federal regulations don't allow them to put out enough volume to hear over road noise. I'm guessing that they don't use their own products. I can't use them because I have diminished hearing and can't make out the conversation.

Overall, this is a good set. The battery life is good, it's rugged enough to survive her purse and she can hear while driving, which is why we bought it. The price that I paid was very good too. Of course, I don't mind paying for something of quality that does what I need, either.

I purchased the Plantronics Explorer 370 from HassleFreeCell through Amazon. When it arrived, it was defective. It would not charge. Hoping I could just return it and receive a replacement, I called the HassleFree service number that was on my invoice. They were very nice, but said that there were no more of these bluetooths available and to return the defective one for a refund. They e-mailed a paid postage return label and I returned it the next day. That was over a month ago and I haven't received a refund or heard from them. I e-mailed the service dept. and received an automatic acknowlegment, but no answer or refund. I guess I'm just
out $23 and some change. I have made other purchases from Amazon without any problems.

The Plantronics Explorer 370 is an excellent Bluetooth. I purchased another one from Office Depot on line.

I have never had such nasty service from a company in my life. I wanted to order product from them and they did not want take my order over the phone. Pay more and get better service for a better company.
