I have purchased about twenty of these for CSRs in my office, and they are a vastly superior to earlier models. If you want to be a hero to the people who are chained to the phone, invest in this model.

They are soft, comfortable, and adjustable. Plus, Plantronics added a little color to these units.All in all, this is a great price.

Finally, the seller is reliable and quick to ship.
