I am very pleased with the performance of this headset. The voice quality of this model is exceptional and it is very comfortable. I especially like the behind-the-head setup, rather than an over-the-head. I have recommended this model to many co-workers and customers. The only thing that I didn't like was that the clip that attaches to your shirt was very cheaply made and the spring mechanism was sprung within the first month of use...but I don't really need that anyway.

I use this headset everyday for 8-12 hours a day, I work in a call center environment where is very important to be able to hear the caller & what is going on in the background. I find the behind the head design is very comfortable and does not cause my ear to get sore from the constant pressure from the earpiece. I have had this one for almost 6 years and the sound is still very clear and I have never had any problems with it.

Great price for a wonderful product. $20 dollars cheaper than most online stores selling Plantronics.
