I ordered this because of the Plantronics name brand. The sound quality is great, but I can't keep it on my ear. I gave it to my husband figuring he had a larger ear, but he can't keep it on either. Yes, the price seems right, but it's unusable!

When I first saw this offer on a Friday's sale. I thought it was a great idea and I bought 3 one for each member of the family. It was a very bad choice. It's almost impossible to wear, very uncomfortable and finally when you got it correctly positioned on your ear (however uncomfortable you feel) people you talk to can't hear you. This happens not only to me but to the other two people I bought it for.
Take my word...You're better off without them!

the probelm with this is that the weight of the mic piece pulls DOWN (because of gravity - or if you move it) and that cranks the piece over your ear into an unusable position... so it won't stay on your ear.

plantronics makes another model where the mic piece rotates on the earpiece, so when you want to adjust it, you can hold the earpiece and then move the mic up/down independently. much better.

i bought one of these M120's and absolutely could not use it.
btw, i wear mine almost 10 hours a day.

some friends say they "can't" wear something that fits over the ear... i think they just don't want to try it because they THINK it will bother them. Like anything, you can get used to it if you want to. I gain a TON of freedom with my phone in my shirt pocket and walking around with a headset.
