This headset fits very well over the ear and the low profile allows the user to also comfortably and securely wear a pair of glasses. The sound is great and callers have commented on the clarity of the communications in noisy surroundings, such as a car or train. The mute and volume buttons are easy to use. To me, the product was a good investment at a reasonable price.

I reported a problem with the sound quality of the Plantronics headset. Same day I received a message from Amazon supplier BW United to say that they had already shipped me a replacement headset. This is impressive, and certainly goes a long way to ease any concerns I have about buying products over the internet.
