I have nothing bad to say about this headset. I bought it to replace my previous M175 headset that gave out after several years of heavy use.

The sound quality is excellent and people have no problems hearing me. It is comfortable to wear for hours at a time.

I often need to speak with clients using my mobile phone while at a computer. I decided I couldn't risk sounding garbled so gave up on bluetooth headsets despite my purchasing top rated units. This headset is crystal clear, has an easy to adjust volume placed at just the right spot on the wire. The length of the wire lead is just right (too long and the lead gets tangled, too short and you're tugging it off your head constantly). I use it both with the head band and the over the ear, both are comfortable but I prefer the headband. I used to pay twice what it goes for now so I've stocked up on them.

Plantronics is the leader in headsets for a reason. This product is well made, light yet sturdy and has thoughtful features. Obviously designed by someone who actually has worn headsets.

Head band is best choice in my view because it is easer to get on and off than ear clips. It is secure on your head but has enough space so you dont end up with an indent in your hair after wearing it. Comes with ear clips though if you prefer them.

There is no fumbling for the volume control as it is about two inches long and volume wheel and mute switch are prominent. Mute control is a slider switch and also the right size and easy to actuate without looking. No doubt that it has engaged as there is a easy to hear 'snap' when turned on or off.

Ear phone has a luxurious cushion and is quite comfortable.

Audio is strong and clear both ways, a real problem on other products.

I use it while working at home amd it plugs into my ATT base station as well as wireless handsets so I can walk around while talking on the phone and have my hands free for keybording, writing, self defense etc.

Headsets are great because holding a phone is difficult and cradling it between ear and neck by cocking your head is very bad for ones neck.

Great investment worth the price

My phone is hot and that gets annoying. And I don't know if it is me or not, but I have a hard time hearing on any cell phone. I tried wireless Bluetooth products and often that just set another layer of interference between me and a clear conversation.

This headseat is like wearing a phone. I can hear perfect and everyone can hear me. I use it at home, in the car, anywhere and anytime I talking for any extended period. It is well made and has held up fine.
