Ok.. i bought this recently and to my surprise its not compatible with nokia 6600..thats my phone. So i did a little research and found the product manual online ( i have submitted it to amazon..so should appear sometime). I believe the Plantronics people have messed up and have classified MX303-N3 as the one compatible with 6600 while its MX303-N1. Have a look at the manual and you will know.

Was not the best i have had and did not work all that well for me
