i've tried several headsets on the market for nokia phones (no bluetooth yet, though). this plantronics model, mx153-ns, is by far the best that i know of. very comfortable in the ear, excellent sound both coming in and going out, great adjustable boom. and thru amazon i got the best price. wonderful.

This review is from: Plantronics NK3585PEHS2 Handsfree with On/ Off Button (Wireless Phone Accessory)
This is a good, small boom mic that fits in my shirt pocket and goes with me everywhere. It's noise canceling and the only complaints I've had have been in a stiff wind (noisy car or crowded restaurants and I'm still heard fine). It's almost bulletproof (the first I stepped on after two years of daily use and much travel, and I replaced it with another). I've tried a few and this is the best.

It has a flexy rubber clip that snugly holds the bottom of your ear. The boom can be adjusted up or down to left or right ear, and closer or farther from the cheek. There's a clip on the cord which can be attached to your lapel or collar so that when you move around you don't yank it from your ear. There's also a velcro strap that wraps up the cord together tidily. There's a button to accept calls (if your phone is capable of this, my Nokia 3200 is not). Finally, it connects to that long, unique, comb-like N3 connector on the bottom of your phone that is damnably incompatible with most of the other aftermarket boom headsets on the market.
